Meet Mortgage Dave

I am fortunate to have been born and raised in Lynn Valley in North Vancouver. While I spent several years in Kelowna and in Victoria, North Vancouver and the North Shore have always been my home. I have been back in Lynn Valley since 1994 and I love it here. Much of my free time is spent sailing the coastal waters with my wife Allison on our sailboat Avontuur (pictured below). Supporting my community is important to me -- I am currently Vice President of the Lynn Valley Community Association and a member of the Branch Executive Committee for the North Shore St. John's Ambulance Society.

I worked for almost 2 decades in lending before establishing myself as an independent mortgage professional in 2004. The benefit of working as an independent broker is that it allows me to find the absolute best mortgage solution, regardless of which bank is the provider, to meet the specific needs of each of my clients. Meet Allison

Allison grew up in Langley and decided to make the North Shore home when she met Dave in 2005. She is a lifelong equestrian and when she is not out sailing with Dave, she can be found training and competing with her horse, aptly named Sailor Boy!

Allison has been in the mortgage industry for over 12 years, during which time she has managed a National Payroll Department, as well as holding Sales and Marketing positions for a large National Mortgage Brokerage. Allison became a Licensed Mortgage Broker in 2007 and after gaining more experience working for a mortgage lender, joined Mortgage Dave in 2011.
